Excel (.xlsx, .xlsm), Word (.docx, .docm), and PowerPoint (.pptx, .pptm) files can be used as templates. If the output file is a PDF, create a template file in Word (.docx).
Template files should be created in the Microsoft Office desktop version. Templates created in other applications such as online version, Google Spreadsheet, Google Docs, etc. are not supported.
