I submitted a Customer Portal login link request, but have not received an email.

 

The Customer Portal login link will be sent within approximately 1-5 minutes after the request. The email will be sent via Salesforce from the domain "@officefilecreator.com". If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder.

If the email is different from the subscriber's email (billing email), no email will be sent.
