Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic are supported.
Experience Cloud is not available from Ver.2.
Salesforce Editions
Professional, Enterprise, Unlimited, Force.com, Developer, Performance, and Essentials are supported. For other editions, please install and check the operation.
Browsers
Browsers supported by Salesforce are supported. However, mobile devices including tablets are not supported.
Supported Browsers and Devices for Lightning Experience
Salesforce Mobile
Office File Creator is not available on mobile devices. It may be possible to output files or save files to Salesforce on mobile, but it is not guaranteed that it will work.
